Sorry it's been so long since I've seen many of you; I have other commitments that take place on Thursdays. Because of this, I won't make it to our January meetings (on the 5th and 19th), but I'll be back on Feb 2nd.
If you are submitting poetry to the Martin Library poetry contest, it is due before January 22nd. This is a great opportunity - I hope to see many of
you published in their yearly collection.
I hope you are enjoying the cold weather and the holidays,and that you are finding inspiration to keep you writing.
Guthrie Memorial Teen Writer's Club
The Guthrie Memorial Library Round Table Writers, so named for the table in our meeting room, have been sharing ideas and stories since November, 2010. We have been visited by Hanover Poet Laureates past and present, and we welcome any opportunity to learn more about the art of writing.
